1515 East Beach Property Owners Association

In one form or another, 1515 East Beach has been a condo community since 1965. First destroyed in 1969 by Hurricane Camille, then in 2005 by Hurricane Katrina, the current community was rebuilt in 2009. Although many years have passed since the founding of this complex, it remains a thriving community where families live, vacation, and grow up.

1515 East Beach is a group of 54 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums located on scenic US Highway 90 in Pass Christian. The complex offers a pool, clubhouse, green space, monthly events, and most importantly; a beautiful view of The Mississippi Sound.
