1515 East Beach is a vibrant community of 54 units comprised of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condos where families live, vacation, and grow.

We are located right on scenic US Highway 90 in Pass Christian.

The complex offers a pool, clubhouse, green space, social events, and an amazing view of the Mississippi Sound from every unit.

Our History

1515 East Beach has been a condo community since 1965. After just 4 years, the building was destroyed by Hurricane Camille in 1969. The community rebuilt and thrived for 40 years until the buildings were destroyed again in 2005 by Hurricane Katrina. The only thing left behind by Katrina was our pool, a car she deposited right in the middle of the pool, and our pier pilings. It took 4 years to begin the reconstruction of the buildings in their current layout. Throughout the years multi-generational families have grown up in this community and we continually welcome new families as units become available.
